Trumpetfish in Transparency

The insides of this juvenile trumpetfish are clearly visible under a high-intensity light. This photo was taken during a night dive off the shore of Mary Island in the Solomons. During the dive, my underwater lights ran out of juice, so I switched the camera to automatic exposure mode and my dive buddy provided " available"light. Big thanks go out to Curt for providing the necessary illumination and lending a hand with the background.
